About Billy Soco
Billy Soco is a first-generation actor, improviser, and voice artist of Chilean and Filipino descent, based in NYC. He has trained and performed with renowned institutions such as Baby Wants Candy, Upright Citizens Brigade Theatre, ComedySportz NYC, Freestyle Love Supreme Academy, and Story Pirates. Billy has showcased his talents at festivals across North America with his all-Latinx team CHUCHO, Kittyhawk Musical Improv, and Big Whoop.
Currently, he serves as the program director for Megawatt, a weekly house team showcase at Magnet Theater in NYC where he both teaches and performs. He also teaches and performs with the Hip Hop improv team North Coast NYC. In addition, he is a management professional who delivers workshops focused on vulnerability and authenticity and has co-moderated conversations on topics like inclusion, diversity of thought, and creativity in the workplace.
